Additional guests may be added up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability. Any additions made after the guest count deadline will incur additional charges.

Arrival and Preparation:

Our team will arrive approximately 2 to 2.5 hours prior to the agreed serving time for setup and preparation. The standard sushi service duration is two (2) hours to ensure optimal quality. If extended service is required, advance notice must be provided seven (7) business days prior to the event; additional service time will be billed at $100 per hour, per chef. If additional time is requested during the event without prior notice, the rate increases to $150 per hour, per chef, charged to the credit card on file at the event.

Regardless of guest count, all bookings made through third-party planners, catering partners, weddings, or corporate accounts (business entity) are subject to the mandatory 18% gratuity charge.
